The amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, and a television, added to the convenience. I also appreciated the shuttle service, allowing me to explore the area easily. The highlight for me was the on-site hot spring bath, with a choice of indoor or open-air options, providing a truly relaxing experience. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Located next to a beautiful river, this hotel offers a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guests can admire the scenic view while soaking in the rotenburo , which were a highlight for many. the private kashikiriburo also adds to the experience of comfort and serenity. Meanwhile, the staff went above and beyond to address guests' needs, even having a language barrier. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and guests enjoyed the option of having a tattoo-friendly onsen private bath, as well as a well-stocked shop.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, and guests reported being able to hear their neighbors and people in the hallway.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. My Japanese-style room had an incredible view of the river and mountains, making it feel like my own little oasis. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, satisfying even the pickiest eater. The highlight of my stay was the large public bath, where I had the choice of soaking in the hot water while enjoying the open air or gazing at the breathtaking scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I had an amazing and memorable experience at this hotel.

I had a pleasant Christmas experience at this hotel. the buffet meals were impressive with a variety of options to choose from. the baths were relaxing and set alongside the picturesque river. the private baths were available to rent for a fee, which was convenient. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the nearby transportation hub. the room had a nice view, and the staff were helpful with excellent customer service.
The hotel can be overcrowded with tourists, making it hard to access the lounge or the baths during peak hours. some facilities, such as the vending machines, were not accessible on all floors, making it inconvenient to get snacks or beverages.

The outdoor onsen was a highlight, allowing me to relax while enjoying the sound of the nearby river. The room was spacious, and the comfortable bed gave me a great night’s sleep. Another great feature was the buffet with many tasty options.
There were too many guests on-site, making it feel crowded. Sometimes it was challenging to enjoy the lounge or baths due to the number of people.
